Essex Carpenter's Star Wall Size pattern

The Essex Carpenter's Star is an exclusive Yankee Pride Quilts pattern designed by owner, Judy Thomas  It's a little fussy, and there are a lot of Flying Geese units, but if you like exacting work and a beautiful finish, this is the right project for you. The wall quilt finishes at approximately 44" square. 

Fabrics Choices

• Background 1 (a light fabric – white in our drawings)
• Background 2 (a medium/light fabric – gray in our drawings)
• Accent (a medium/dark fabric – red in our drawings)
• Design (a dark fabric – black in our drawings)
• The outer border is the design fabric. There should be good contrast between all the colors, because they are all next to each other somewhere in the quilt.
