Shipping FAQs
Order Processing
Orders are processed using encrypted software. You have the option of paying using a credit card or PayPal. We ship to the address you provide so be sure it is up to date and accurate. For your protection we ship only to the address you provide. Packages are tracked when possible and include delivery confirmation. You will receive an email when your package has been prepared for shipping.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and collect only the information needed to process and ship your order. We do not share or sell your information.
- We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
- All packages are automatically insured for $50. If you would like additional insurance, contact us and you will be charged the amount charged by USPS.
- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All Vermont addresses are charged the 6% Vermont state sales tax plus 1% Essex Junction local options sales tax for a total of 7% sales tax.
Returns for Damaged Items
Most of the items we sell and ship are not vulnerable to being damaged during shipping; but if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to replace it within 30 days of the original purchase. Ship the item back to Yankee Pride Quilts with a description of the damage, and we will ship you an identical item (when available) to replace the damaged item. If the damaged item is no longer in stock, we will work with you to find an acceptable replacement item. When making a return, include a copy of the receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number.
